Black Creek is a Neighbourhood Improvement Area in North York, running along Black Creek Drive between Eglinton Avenue West and Lawrence Avenue West. The neighbourhood takes its name from the Black Creek waterway that defines its western edge — this is actually one of the more ecologically interesting NIA communities in the city, with the Black Creek Pioneer Village and trail system providing genuine heritage and recreational assets.
